Account Management & Billing

Configure your MLS RealtyHub workspace, reusable professional profiles, account security and subscription billing in one place for consistent everyday work.

Account Management & Billing interface preview

A professional account becomes useful when the environment around the work is as organised as the work itself. In MLS RealtyHub, this means more than signing in and opening a dashboard. Users can shape the interface around their working habits, choose the professional identity that should appear in the right Listing or Project context, protect access to the account and manage the subscription state that governs continued use. For company, corporate and franchise users, these account controls can also operate within an organisational context with applicable access rules. This module brings those account-level responsibilities together without turning them into a broad enterprise administration suite.

When One Account Becomes a Working Environment

An individual agent can begin with a straightforward setup and still outgrow it quickly. As the volume of Listings, Projects and daily activity increases, small account decisions start to affect how efficiently the platform can be used. A rigid interface becomes distracting, the wrong contact identity may appear in the wrong context, security settings need attention and subscription actions need a clear home. None of these tasks is the core real estate work, but all of them shape the conditions under which that work happens.

The same issue becomes more visible inside a company. A user may still need personal preferences and their own professional identity, but the account can also operate within company or franchise rules relevant to that implementation. MLS RealtyHub therefore treats account configuration as an operating layer around professional work: personal enough to support the individual user, structured enough to fit the applicable organisation, and separate from the product areas that manage Listings, CRM relationships, public profiles or distribution.

Set the Workspace Before the Workload Grows

The user does not need to accept one fixed interface for every working style. Supported account preferences can be used to adjust how the workspace is presented and navigated, helping the user shape the environment around repeated daily tasks rather than constantly adapting to a rigid default. This is especially useful when the same professional spends long periods moving through dashboards, records and data-heavy screens.

Personal workspace controls include:

  1. interface and theme preferences;
  2. navigation configuration;
  3. display-related preferences;
  4. supported table and workspace adjustments;
  5. left-to-right and right-to-left interface direction where applicable.

These are personal working controls rather than complete visual rebranding. The Workspace Customizer changes the user’s own MLS RealtyHub experience; it does not create a customer-facing white-label platform, franchise skin or branded public product. This distinction keeps the capability focused on usability inside the account rather than extending it into a separate branding service.

Professional Contact Profiles Keep Identity Reusable

The professional identity attached to a Listing or Project does not always need to be identical in every situation. MLS RealtyHub supports Professional Contact Profiles as reusable contact identities that a user can create and select for supported property or project contexts. One user can maintain more than one profile, making it possible to use the appropriate contact identity without rebuilding the same professional information each time.

Three Entities That Should Not Be Confused

A Professional Contact Profile has a specific account-level role. It belongs to the user and provides a reusable professional identity for supported Listing or Project contexts. A public Professional Agent Profile serves a different purpose by representing professional presence publicly, while CRM Leads, Guests and Contacts represent other people and relationship records.

Keeping these entities separate prevents account configuration from being confused with public promotion or client management. The same professional may work with all three concepts during the day, but each one stores and represents a different type of information.

Security Controls Stay Close to the Person Who Uses the Account

Account access can be protected with supported password, OTP and two-factor authentication controls. These settings sit at user-account level because they govern how the person enters and protects the MLS RealtyHub workspace, rather than the security state of an individual Listing, Project or CRM record. Where 2FA is enabled, the additional authentication step gives the user another control around access to the account.

These account-security settings cover supported authentication controls. They do not define security certifications, guaranteed levels of protection, backup arrangements or a complete enterprise cybersecurity programme.

Billing Belongs Beside the Other Account Controls

Subscription management is part of maintaining access to the working environment, so it sits naturally alongside profile, security and workspace settings. A user can understand the current subscription state and perform the billing actions available for that account without treating MLS RealtyHub as an accounting platform or building a separate financial workflow around routine subscription changes.

Depending on the current account and commercial setup, supported actions can include:

  1. viewing the current subscription;
  2. making a supported payment;
  3. upgrading an available plan;
  4. downgrading or changing a plan;
  5. accessing invoice and VAT information where supported;
  6. cancelling at the end of the current billing period where that option applies.

Plan names, prices, discounts, VAT rates and renewal conditions can change and may differ by account, package or contract. The billing area displays the commercial terms applicable to the user’s current setup.

A Complete Setup Follows a Practical Sequence

There is no need to treat every control as an isolated settings page. A professional can prepare the account for regular work by moving through the account layer in a logical order, from the way the interface behaves to the identity, protection and subscription state attached to that working environment.

  1. Configure supported workspace and interface preferences around the way the user works.
  2. Create or select the Professional Contact Profile required for a supported Listing or Project context.
  3. Review the available password, OTP or 2FA settings for the account.
  4. Check the current subscription and perform any supported billing or plan action that is required.
  5. Continue working within the applicable individual, company, corporate or franchise account context.

The output is a configured MLS RealtyHub account rather than a new business process. The user still carries out Listing management, client work, market analysis and other professional tasks in their dedicated product areas. This module prepares the account around those workflows so the surrounding settings do not have to be reconstructed every time the user returns to the platform.

Company Context Changes the Rules Around the Same Workspace

An independent professional and a user working inside a larger organisation may use many of the same MLS RealtyHub screens, but the surrounding account context can differ. Company, corporate and franchise implementations may apply organisational rules and access settings that determine how a user operates within that environment. This allows the account layer to support more than purely personal preferences without assuming that every organisation uses an identical structure.

Accounts can operate within applicable company or franchise structures and access rules. The exact hierarchy, permissions, delegated administration and role configuration depend on the organisation’s implementation.

The Module Starts With a Small Set of Account Inputs

Market data, transaction evidence and CRM relationship records are not the foundation of this workflow. The account layer works with information that belongs directly to the user’s operating context and determines how the account is configured, protected and maintained.

Relevant inputs can include:

  1. the user account itself;
  2. supported workspace and interface preferences;
  3. Professional Contact Profile information;
  4. password, OTP or 2FA settings where applicable;
  5. subscription and billing state;
  6. company, corporate or franchise association where applicable.

From those inputs, MLS RealtyHub maintains a configured working account with the relevant preferences, professional identities, security settings and subscription state. The result is not an analytical output or a new record for another person; it is the operational account context from which the professional uses the rest of the platform.

The User Chooses; the System Applies

The account-management process contains both deliberate user decisions and system behaviour. Keeping the two separate makes it easier to understand what MLS RealtyHub controls and where responsibility stays with the professional.

Decisions Stay With the Professional

The user chooses how the supported workspace should be configured, which Professional Contact Profile is appropriate for a Listing or Project context, which available security settings to manage and which supported subscription action to take. Where organisational rules apply, the user works within those rules rather than redefining company-wide permissions outside their own account authority.

MLS RealtyHub Maintains the Account State

The system stores and applies supported interface preferences, associates the selected Professional Contact Profile with the relevant supported context, provides OTP or 2FA mechanisms and processes supported subscription or payment actions. Where company or franchise account rules are enabled, MLS RealtyHub applies the relevant access context to the user experience. The system executes the supported mechanics; it does not decide the company’s organisational policy or select professional identities on the user’s behalf.

Account Settings Support the Work Without Becoming the Work

A useful account layer remains in the background until the professional needs to change something. An agent can configure a preferred workspace and then return to Listings. A company user can operate under the relevant account context and continue into daily operational tasks. Billing can be reviewed when a subscription action is required without turning every working session into an administrative process.

This relationship is important because many of the settings in this module influence other workflows without owning them. A Professional Contact Profile may appear in a Listing context, but Listing management remains separate. Account access affects every part of the platform, but security settings do not become a universal permissions system for every business entity.

Keep Neighbouring Capabilities in Their Own Lane

Account-level controls touch many parts of MLS RealtyHub, which makes clear boundaries especially important. A feature can influence another workflow without becoming responsible for that workflow. Account Management and Billing remains focused on the settings and information required to operate the user’s account.

The clearest boundaries are:

  1. Professional Contact Profiles are not public Professional Agent Profiles;
  2. Professional Contact Profiles are not CRM Lead, Guest or Contact entities;
  3. Workspace Customizer is not white-label or customer-facing branding;
  4. subscription billing is not accounting, ERP or general financial management;
  5. Listing Syndication remains a separate capability.

These boundaries also protect the reader from false assumptions. Changing an account preference does not redefine public branding, distribution logic or CRM data structures unless that behaviour is supported by the applicable setup. The module manages the account around professional work; neighbouring modules continue to own their own entities and workflows.

Resource Access Belongs to the Wider Account Experience

Professionals also need working materials close to the environment in which they use them. MLS RealtyHub includes a Professional Resource Library where supported templates, presentations, guides, videos and property or project materials can be kept available for professional use. This creates a practical place for a user to access working resources without turning the account area into an unrestricted document-storage system.

The library supports approved professional materials. It is not intended as a repository for passports, completed personal contracts or other sensitive documents belonging to individuals. Available content depends on the user’s account and implementation. Its purpose is to provide access to professional working resources rather than general-purpose storage for every document a company possesses.

Service Notifications Keep Important Changes Visible

Not every account-level event requires the user to open a dedicated administration screen. Supported service notifications and realtime updates can appear across the working environment, helping the user notice relevant system events while continuing with normal tasks. This capability belongs to the broader operating context because the information can surface across different screens rather than existing as one standalone product destination.

Realtime service notifications cover supported MLS RealtyHub service messages and events. Notification types, delivery conditions and email behaviour depend on the applicable implementation and account configuration.

What Belongs Here Only After Separate Confirmation

Some concepts are relevant to account administration but vary by implementation. These include corporate hierarchy, granular permissions and account-level Syndication Rules. Their availability and exact mechanics depend on the company, package and technical setup.

For that reason, this page does not promise:

  1. a universal enterprise permission matrix;
  2. fixed branch or franchise hierarchies;
  3. delegated roles or admin powers across all implementations;
  4. specific security certifications, backup policies or SLAs;
  5. account-level syndication rules across all accounts;
  6. specific commercial prices, VAT rates or plan-change timing.

These boundaries help readers distinguish standard account controls from enterprise mechanics or commercial conditions that may differ by package, company or implementation.

The Practical Value Is Consistency Around Everyday Work

The professional does not need account administration to become another job. The value comes from keeping several supporting responsibilities in one coherent operating area: the workspace can reflect the user’s preferences, professional identities can be reused in the correct context, access can be protected with supported controls, relevant service events remain visible and billing actions can be handled without leaving the account-management flow.

For an independent agent, that means shaping the working account around personal habits and professional identity. For a company user, the same setup can function inside an applicable organisational context. For corporate or franchise clients, it provides a controlled foundation for using MLS RealtyHub without turning the platform into a generic enterprise administration system. The objective is not to add more administration; it is to keep the account layer organised enough that it does not interfere with the professional work happening above it.

Shape the Account Around Your Working Context

Configure the parts of MLS RealtyHub that sit behind everyday professional work — from workspace preferences and reusable contact identities to access protection and subscription management. For company or franchise use, the setup can also be reviewed in the context of the organisational rules applicable to your implementation.
