Access to professional software does not automatically create a working routine. An agent may have an account but still be unsure how to bring existing data into the platform, where everyday work begins or how the available tools fit together. Agent Onboarding is a live, complimentary professional service that helps an agent move from initial access to practical use of MLS RealtyHub. The team supports account setup, data transfer and training, then checks that the agent understands the core workflow and has the necessary data to continue working.
Turn Access Into a Working Routine
The purpose of onboarding is simple: make the transition into MLS RealtyHub usable in day-to-day work. Instead of leaving a new agent to explore a broad professional platform without context, the service connects setup and training to the work the agent needs to perform.
This matters because MLS RealtyHub is more than a property catalogue or a standalone CRM. It is a B2B operating environment for real estate professionals. Agent Onboarding focuses on helping the user enter that environment correctly; it does not attempt to explain or configure every capability across the platform.
Who the Service Is Designed For
Agent Onboarding is intended for real estate agents who are beginning to use MLS RealtyHub. The primary user may be an individual professional joining with an existing body of work or an agent being introduced to the platform as part of a wider company process.
The service is specifically about the agent’s working setup. A developer who needs to add a company, projects, units and commercial data follows a separate Developer Onboarding process because the starting information and daily workflow are different.
What You Need to Bring
Useful onboarding depends on useful input. The agent remains responsible for supplying the information intended for the account and confirming that the data needed for the planned workflow is available. The exact data set and any work beyond the confirmed onboarding scope must be agreed individually; MLS RealtyHub does not assume that every source, format or custom requirement is automatically included.
Before the process moves forward, be prepared to:
- identify the work you expect to carry out in MLS RealtyHub;
- provide the relevant data for the agreed transfer;
- participate in training and ask questions about the working process;
- review the prepared setup and confirm that you can continue using it.
What the MLS RealtyHub Team Handles
Agent Onboarding is a service, not an automated button. The MLS RealtyHub team carries out the onboarding work with the agent, while the platform provides the professional workspace the agent will use afterward.
Account Setup and Connection
The team helps connect the agent to a professional MLS RealtyHub account and prepares the starting point for work on the platform. The purpose is not simply to issue access but to ensure the account can become a practical workspace for the user.
Data Transfer
Onboarding includes the transfer of agreed data. The agent provides the necessary source information, and the team supports its transfer within the agreed onboarding scope. The service does not imply that data from any system can be transferred without review or preparation.
Practical Training
Training introduces the agent to the basic workflow needed to begin working in the account. It is tied to practical use rather than a tour of every available function. The agent participates, checks their understanding and remains responsible for professional decisions and the information they use.
Readiness Check
Onboarding concludes when the agent understands the working process and confirms that the necessary data is available. This creates a clear handover from guided setup to independent work without presenting onboarding as a guarantee of adoption, performance or business results.
How Agent Onboarding Progresses
The service follows a practical sequence in which each stage prepares the next:
- The agent and the MLS RealtyHub team establish the intended working context.
- The agent provides the necessary data for the agreed onboarding scope.
- The team supports account setup and the confirmed data transfer.
- The agent receives training in the basic process relevant to starting work.
- The agent reviews the setup, uses the workflow and raises any remaining questions.
- Readiness is confirmed once the agent understands the process and has the necessary data to continue.
This sequence gives both sides a clear role. MLS RealtyHub performs the service work; the agent supplies, reviews and uses the information. The platform supports the resulting workflow, but it does not replace the agent’s control or professional judgement.
A Practical Agent Scenario
Consider an agent who has received access to MLS RealtyHub but has not yet turned it into a daily workspace. The agent needs to bring relevant existing information into the account and understand the basic process for working with a property. Without onboarding, access could remain separate from the agent’s actual routine.
During Agent Onboarding, the agent provides the agreed data and explains the immediate working need. The MLS RealtyHub team supports the account setup and data transfer, then trains the agent in the basic property workflow. The agent reviews the result and confirms readiness. The outcome is not a promised sale or a fully customised business process; it is a prepared starting point from which the agent can continue working in MLS RealtyHub.
What the Completed Service Provides
At the end of the confirmed onboarding process, the agent has a professional account prepared for initial use, the agreed data transfer completed within scope, practical training in the basic workflow and a readiness check.
The value comes from connecting these elements. Data without understanding can remain unused, while training without the required data can stay theoretical. Agent Onboarding brings the starting information and the working method together so the agent can take the next step inside the platform.
Where Agent Responsibility Continues
Onboarding does not remove the agent from the process. The user controls the information they provide, reviews the prepared result and decides how to apply MLS RealtyHub to professional work.
After the guided stage, the agent remains responsible for:
- maintaining the information used in the account;
- checking the accuracy and suitability of professional content;
- following the learned workflow;
- making business, client and property decisions;
- requesting a separate discussion if additional services are needed.
Scope, Availability and Boundaries
Agent Onboarding is live and currently provided on a complimentary basis. Its confirmed scope covers the agent’s connection to the professional account, agreed data transfer, training and a readiness check. Timing, service levels, customisation and any additional deliverables are not standard promises and must be confirmed for the specific engagement.
The service applies to the B2B MLS RealtyHub platform. It is separate from consumer activity on RealtyHub.cy and Realty.com.cy. It also does not include developer-specific onboarding, a custom website, integration implementation, white-label deployment or franchise deployment. Those are separate professional-service areas, and white-label or franchise arrangements are available only on request.
Start With a Clear Onboarding Scope
If you are preparing to use MLS RealtyHub, begin by discussing the data you have, the work you need to start and the confirmed onboarding scope. The team can then guide the setup, transfer and training around a clear first working outcome.
