Select a property on the map and bring the available cadastral and location details directly into its Listing. MLS RealtyHub helps agents and developers build structured inventory records with less repeated manual entry.
Turn a map point into structured Listing data
Property information often arrives through several channels: a map pin in a message, an address in a spreadsheet, property details in a document and commercial terms in another file. Re-entering these details can leave gaps between different versions of the same property record.
Cadastral and Location Data Autofill handles the location part of this workflow. When creating or editing a Listing, the user selects the relevant property position on the map. MLS RealtyHub then adds the supported cadastral and location attributes available for that point to the Listing.
The feature works inside the Listing creation and editing process. It is not a separate property-research, legal-verification or GIS product.
What the feature can add
The feature connects a selected map position with structured location and cadastral fields.
Depending on the data available for the selected point, these fields can include:
- longitude and latitude;
- postal code;
- district;
- city;
- quarter;
- block;
- municipality or community;
- municipality cluster;
- development plan;
- planning zone.
These are supported data categories, not a guarantee that every field will be available for every property or location.
Cadastral data also should not be confused with an ordinary postal address. It refers to structured Land Registry or cadastral values associated with the selected location where those values are available to the platform.
Who can use it
Cadastral and Location Data Autofill supports professionals maintaining property inventory in MLS RealtyHub.
Agents can use it when creating a new Listing or updating an existing one, particularly when their starting point is a map pin or when location information would otherwise need to be copied from several sources.
Developers can use the same capability while creating and maintaining property Listings in their inventory. The underlying interaction remains the same: the user selects the property location, and the platform applies the supported related data to the record.
How cadastral and location autofill works
The workflow begins inside the property creation or editing interface.
- Create a new Listing or open an existing one.
- Select or confirm the property’s position on the map.
- MLS RealtyHub identifies the supported location and cadastral attributes available for that point.
- The available fields are added to or used within the Listing.
- Review the information and complete the remaining property and commercial details.
The user remains responsible for selecting the location and maintaining the Listing. MLS RealtyHub performs the supported autofill based on that location.
The resulting information becomes part of the structured Listing record. Autofill does not mean that the platform independently identifies an unknown property, establishes ownership or certifies that the property file is legally complete.
A practical workflow for an agent
An agent is preparing a land Listing using information received through a client message, a map pin, several photographs and a document containing commercial details.
Without a structured workflow, the agent may need to identify the location, copy geographic details into a spreadsheet or form and then reconcile that information with the rest of the Listing.
In MLS RealtyHub, the agent creates the Listing and selects the property on the map. The platform adds the supported cadastral and location data available for that point. The agent can then continue completing the same Listing with the required property, media and commercial information.
The result is a more structured source record with less repeated location entry—not a legal conclusion, valuation or market analysis.
The same capability for developer inventory
A developer can use the feature when location fields need to be added to or maintained within a property Listing.
After the relevant map point is selected, MLS RealtyHub applies the available location and cadastral attributes to the record. The developer can then continue managing the Listing inside the wider inventory workflow.
This is the same Listing-level mechanism used in a different professional context, not a separate developer-only product.
What the feature produces
The direct output is a Listing enriched with the supported cadastral and location context available for the selected point.
Keeping these attributes in the same record as the property and commercial information can:
- reduce repeated manual entry;
- help keep location fields structured;
- reduce gaps between disconnected working files;
- make the location context available within the maintained Listing;
- support later MLS RealtyHub workflows that use the Listing as their source record.
The feature contributes data to the Listing. It does not perform the separate work of publishing, syndication, catalogue creation, market search or client presentation.
How it differs from map search and GIS tools
Cadastral and Location Data Autofill is used while creating or editing a Listing. Its purpose is to populate supported fields in that record from a selected property location.
Property map search serves a different purpose: it helps professionals find and review available inventory through a map interface.
GIS and broader cadastral-data tools support spatial research, selection criteria and location analysis. They are separate from this Listing-level autofill workflow.
Keeping these capabilities distinct makes the purpose of this feature clear: it converts a chosen property location into structured information within a Listing.
Scope and limitations
Cadastral and Location Data Autofill is an operational aid. It is not a legal, cadastral or planning verification service.
The feature does not guarantee:
- ownership or title status;
- planning permission;
- legal or regulatory compliance;
- the absence of source-data errors;
- universal geographic coverage;
- availability of every field at every location;
- completeness of the property file;
- suitability of the data for a transaction, valuation or legal decision.
Public product materials also do not establish one universal update frequency or source and licensing model for every supported field.
Professionals should therefore review the resulting Listing and perform any necessary legal, regulatory, planning or transaction checks through the appropriate external sources.
Build location data into the Listing from the start
Select the property on the map, add the available location context and continue building the Listing inside one structured inventory workflow.
