Client Selection Catalogue

Create a branded property selection for a specific lead, share it by personal link, and use property-level reactions and activity to guide the next conversation.

Client Selection Catalogue interface preview

Sending ten property links is easy. Understanding what a buyer thought about them is not. Client Selection Catalogue gives an agent or developer sales professional one branded, link-based selection for a specific lead, with simple reactions that turn browsing into usable feedback.

Property recommendations often begin in a chat. One link becomes five, then ten. The buyer replies to one message, ignores another and describes a third property without naming it. The professional has sent options, but the response is fragmented and difficult to interpret.

Client Selection Catalogue keeps the selected properties and the lead’s reactions in one working context inside MLS RealtyHub. Instead of asking the buyer to reconstruct their opinion in a long message, the catalogue lets them react to individual options. The author can then see which properties received a like or dislike and use that evidence in the next conversation.

The right moment to use it

This tool is designed for a professional who has already identified a lead and is ready to present a focused group of properties. The primary user is an agent working with a prospective buyer. A developer sales professional can use the same interaction when presenting relevant units to a lead.

It is especially useful when:

  1. several properties need to be considered together;
  2. a buyer is reviewing options outside a live meeting;
  3. reactions are becoming lost across messages;
  4. the next shortlist depends on knowing what the buyer accepted or rejected;
  5. the professional wants a branded presentation rather than a loose set of URLs.

What must be ready first

The catalogue is tied to a specific Lead in MLS RealtyHub. Before it can support the conversation, the professional needs that lead in their working process, a set of relevant properties to present and access to Selections in the platform.

The recipient does not edit the underlying Listings. Their role is narrower: open the selection and leave a supported reaction. Control of the property record remains with its author.

From input to next action

The interaction follows a short, visible loop:

  1. The professional creates a Client Selection for a specific lead.
  2. Relevant properties are placed in that lead’s catalogue.
  3. MLS RealtyHub provides the branded selection through a personal link.
  4. The professional sends that link to the intended recipient.
  5. The lead opens the catalogue and marks individual properties with a like or dislike.
  6. The catalogue author reviews those reactions, the catalogue creation time, the last interaction time and current activity.
  7. The professional uses the feedback to prepare the next conversation or refine the next group of options.

The system records and presents the interaction. It does not decide what the buyer wants, rank properties through AI or create an automatic recommendation. Interpretation remains a professional task.

A smaller response creates a clearer signal

The recipient has two reactions: like and dislike. That constraint is useful. It lowers the effort required to respond and attaches each signal to a specific property. The professional no longer has to guess whether “the second one was interesting” refers to the second link, the second message or the second bedroom layout.

The reactions are not a complete buyer profile. A like may refer to the location, layout, price or simply the photography. A dislike can be equally ambiguous. The value comes from using the reaction as a prompt for a precise follow-up question, not treating it as a final decision.

One lead, one observable conversation

Consider an agent working with a buyer who has narrowed the search but has not agreed on the most important trade-off. The agent creates a selection for that lead and adds a focused set of properties. The buyer receives one link and reviews the options when convenient. Instead of sending a paragraph about the whole set, the buyer reacts to each property.

The agent sees which options received positive and negative reactions and when the buyer last interacted with the catalogue. During the follow-up, the agent can ask why two similar properties received different responses. The next shortlist is then based on stated preferences and a direct conversation, not on assumptions made from silence.

The same loop for a developer sales team

A developer sales professional can use a Client Selection to present a relevant group of units to a specific lead and collect the same like or dislike signals. The workflow does not turn the catalogue into a booking system or give the recipient control over project data. It provides a structured way to observe interest and decide what to discuss next.

What the author can learn from activity

MLS RealtyHub shows the catalogue author when the selection was created, when the recipient last interacted with it and whether activity is happening in real time. These signals help the professional choose a sensible next action:

  1. ask about the reason behind contrasting reactions;
  2. remove assumptions that the buyer’s actions do not support;
  3. prepare another focused selection when the brief changes;
  4. continue the conversation around properties that earned a positive response;
  5. confirm whether a negative reaction concerns the property or one specific attribute.

Activity is context, not intent. Opening a catalogue does not prove purchase readiness, and a like does not constitute an offer, reservation or commitment. MLS RealtyHub gives the professional observable feedback; the professional still qualifies the lead and manages the relationship.

A specific tool inside buyer collaboration

Client Selection Catalogue belongs to the Catalogues and Buyer Collaboration area of MLS RealtyHub. Its job is specific: connect a property selection to one lead and capture that recipient’s reactions. It should not be confused with the other catalogue types available in the same area.

Favorites Catalogue is a manually assembled collection. Smart Property Catalogue uses criteria set by the user to form and update a selection. User Catalogue and Company Catalogue present the published portfolio of a user or company. A PDF presentation is a static export. Client Selection Catalogue is the lead-specific, branded and link-based working object built around recipient feedback.

Clear boundaries protect the workflow

Client Selection Catalogue is live in MLS RealtyHub, and its scope is intentionally narrow:

  1. the recipient can leave a like or dislike;
  2. the recipient cannot edit the underlying Listing;
  3. the tool does not perform AI matching or generate automatic recommendations;
  4. it does not automatically close, reserve or advance a property deal;
  5. recipients access the catalogue through a personal link intended for a specific lead;
  6. personal links, catalogue content and screenshots should be shared only with the intended recipient;
  7. reactions do not change the underlying Listing fields.

Properties in a selection may include Listings belonging to the catalogue author or to other MLS RealtyHub users. A reaction may be visible to both the selection author and the author of the relevant Listing. This visibility supports professional feedback around the property; it does not transfer editing rights or make MLS RealtyHub a party to the transaction.
