A company’s property portfolio often sits across several user accounts. The Company Catalogue in MLS RealtyHub brings the published listings managed by users linked to the same company into one organised catalogue that can be presented in branded or unbranded form.
One Company Should Not Look Like Separate Businesses
A property company may have several agents, sales managers or other professionals working with different listings. Each person manages their own part of the portfolio, but the company may need to present the complete range rather than the listings associated with one individual.
Manually collecting that information creates repeated work. Every new listing or source change can lead to another round of checking and rebuilding. The Company Catalogue creates a shared presentation layer from the company’s published portfolio while keeping the underlying Listings as the source.
What the Company Catalogue Does
The Company Catalogue is a working tool within the Catalogues and Buyer Collaboration module of MLS RealtyHub. It gathers the published portfolio of users connected to the same company and presents those Listings as one company-level collection.
This creates a clear separation between three things:
- Individual users manage and publish their Listings.
- MLS RealtyHub brings eligible published Listings into the company-level catalogue.
- The company can present the resulting portfolio in a branded or unbranded format.
The catalogue does not replace the original Listing records. It organises their published information for a company-wide presentation task.
What the Catalogue Uses
The process starts with the company structure and the Listings already managed in MLS RealtyHub. Users must be linked to the relevant company, and their property records must be published before they become part of its published portfolio.
The Company Catalogue therefore depends on:
- users associated with the same company;
- published Listings connected to those users;
- the property information held in the source Listing records;
- the selected branded or unbranded presentation format.
A draft, private working record or unrelated search result does not become part of the company catalogue simply because it exists in the platform. The tool works with the company’s published portfolio.
From Individual Listings to One Company View
The workflow begins when a professional opens the Company Catalogue for the organisation connected to their account. MLS RealtyHub identifies the published portfolio associated with users from that company and brings those Listings into a combined catalogue.
A typical interaction follows a short sequence:
- Team members create and manage their own Listing records.
- Relevant Listings are published in MLS RealtyHub.
- The system associates those published Listings with the users’ company.
- The Company Catalogue gathers the company portfolio into one organised view.
- The user works with either the branded or unbranded catalogue format.
- The resulting catalogue can support the next presentation or property-selection conversation.
This removes the need to treat every colleague’s account as a separate portfolio when the task requires a company-level view.
A Catalogue That Stays Connected to Its Sources
The Company Catalogue is built from existing Listings rather than from manually copied descriptions and images. When supported information changes in a source Listing, the connected catalogue can reflect the current state without requiring the company to recreate the entire collection.
This connection matters when several people contribute to the same portfolio. The catalogue provides a combined view, while the underlying records remain the working source for property information. It does not transfer authorship or turn every team member into the owner of every Listing.
Example: Preparing a Shared Portfolio for a New Enquiry
Consider an agency in which several agents manage different residential Listings. A company manager needs to review the agency’s published portfolio before deciding which properties could be relevant to a new enquiry. Opening each agent’s profile separately would split the same task across multiple views.
With the Company Catalogue, the manager can work from one combined collection of published Listings associated with the agency. If the presentation should carry the company identity, the branded version provides that context. If the situation calls for a property-focused presentation without company branding, the unbranded version is available.
Different Catalogues Serve Different Tasks
The Company Catalogue is one of several catalogue types in MLS RealtyHub. Each one begins with a different scope or purpose.
- User Catalogue: presents the published portfolio associated with one user and is available in branded and unbranded formats.
- Company Catalogue: combines the published portfolio of users linked to the same company and is also available in branded and unbranded formats.
- Favorites Catalogue: contains properties selected manually by a user.
- Smart Property Catalogue: forms and updates a collection according to criteria set by the user.
- Client Selection Catalogue: is prepared for a specific Lead and supports like and dislike reactions from that recipient.
The Company Catalogue should not be used as a substitute for a personal shortlist or a Lead-specific selection. Its defining purpose is to present the company’s published portfolio as a shared collection.
Catalogue, Inventory and Storefront Are Not the Same
A company inventory is the broader working pool of property records used by the organisation. It may include records at different stages of preparation and visibility. The Company Catalogue is an organised view of the published portfolio prepared for presentation.
A Company Storefront is also a separate product surface. It represents the company’s wider digital presence, while the Company Catalogue focuses on bringing published Listings together as a collection. A catalogue is therefore neither the company’s complete internal inventory nor an independent company website.
What the Company Controls
The company’s users remain responsible for the quality and status of the source Listings they manage. The catalogue organises published records, but it does not verify every property detail on behalf of the professional or replace the team’s review process.
The confirmed controls and boundaries include:
- the portfolio is based on published Listings associated with company users;
- branded and unbranded catalogue versions are available;
- source Listings remain distinct records with their existing authorship;
- the catalogue does not give every user unrestricted editing rights over colleagues’ Listings;
- a combined catalogue does not guarantee that duplicate or outdated information cannot exist outside MLS RealtyHub;
- the catalogue is not a search-results page, a buyer portal or a separate company website.
Any internal access or editing rights still depend on the company setup and the permissions available to the relevant user.
A More Consistent Way to Present Team Supply
The immediate result is practical: a company can work with one organised view of its published portfolio instead of repeatedly collecting property information from separate user profiles. The catalogue also makes it easier to choose between a company-branded presentation and an unbranded property collection.
This does not guarantee a sale or remove the need for professional judgment. It gives the team a clearer starting point for reviewing and presenting the supply the company has already published.
