Marketing & Digital Presence

Help agents and developers create professional profiles, company storefronts and property marketing pages, distribute listings, connect website catalogues and track engagement.

Marketing & Digital Presence interface preview

An Agent can update a property once and still need the same information on a campaign page, an existing website and supported external destinations. Developers face the same problem when company, staff and portfolio information has to appear across several digital touchpoints. Marketing & Digital Presence in MLS RealtyHub connects maintained professional, company and Listing data with supported presentation and marketing surfaces, helping both audiences reuse the right source information without rebuilding every output as a separate content project.

Keep one working source behind different digital outputs

Recreating the same property or business information for every public surface adds maintenance work. A price changes, a description is updated or a team detail changes, and suddenly several separate versions may need attention. The problem is not simply publishing content; it is controlling which maintained information supports each digital output.

MLS RealtyHub approaches that work from the source outward. Information stays managed in the appropriate part of the professional workspace, while supported presentation and marketing capabilities reuse it for specific purposes. Each surface still has its own role and behaviour, but the business does not have to treat every destination as an isolated data set.

Two parallel areas of work

The capabilities fall into two business scenarios that can be used independently or together:

  1. Professional and company presence — presenting an Agent, company, staff and applicable portfolio context.
  2. Property marketing — taking an existing Listing into a targeted page, supported distribution process or other marketing surface.

An Agent may need a public professional presence without running a syndication workflow. A Developer may use a company presentation, website connection and property distribution at the same time. Neither scenario is a prerequisite for the other.

Give clients context about the professional or business

A property rarely tells the whole story on its own. Buyers, owners and business partners may also need to understand who represents it, which company stands behind the offer and what relevant portfolio is available.

MLS RealtyHub provides dedicated hosted surfaces for that context while keeping professional presentation separate from Listing collections.

Professional Agent Profile

For an individual professional, a hosted profile can present maintained identity information and provide access to applicable portfolio context. This creates a public-facing place where the person behind the Listings can be understood without turning the profile into another property database.

A User Catalogue serves a different purpose. It represents a collection of Listings, whereas the profile represents the professional. The two can be connected, but they are not interchangeable entities.

Company Storefront

For organisations that need a company-level presence, an MLS-hosted storefront can bring together business information, staff and applicable portfolio context in one presentation surface.

That surface remains distinct from the Company Catalogue, which represents Listings rather than the organisation itself. It is also not a complete independent website or a public B2C marketplace.

Take an existing Listing into a marketing workflow

Once the property record is already maintained in MLS RealtyHub, the next job may be to present it for a specific campaign or distribute it beyond the internal workspace. That marketing step should not require rebuilding the Listing as though the source did not already exist.

The user selects the route that fits the task, while the underlying property information remains managed in its normal source context.

Create a focused Landing Page

For a targeted campaign, supported information can be used to prepare a dedicated page without manually recreating the same property presentation from the beginning.

The self-service capability can support presentation contexts such as properties, projects, profiles or catalogues. Its role is focused: create a specific marketing page for a defined purpose rather than replace a complete custom website.

Distribute Listings through supported destinations

When a property needs broader external exposure, an organised syndication process can publish or distribute Listing information to supported property portals or other supported destinations while source management remains in MLS RealtyHub.

Availability and update behaviour depend on the destination. The capability does not provide compatibility with every portal or a single universal synchronisation model across all external surfaces. Additional integrations may be developed for clients where they are technically and commercially feasible.

See the engagement signals that are actually supported

Some property-marketing surfaces can provide visibility into selected interactions, including:

  1. views;
  2. page opens;
  3. button clicks.

These events can show that people are interacting with a page or property presentation before the user continues into an appropriate follow-up process.

Engagement tracking is limited to the interactions available on the selected surface. It does not include visitor identity, heatmaps, scroll depth, dwell time, advanced attribution or broader funnel analytics.

Use property data on an existing website

A business may already have an established website and simply need a better way to present property inventory there. Maintaining a second catalogue manually creates another place where descriptions, prices or availability-related information may require separate attention.

Website Catalogue Widget can connect MLS RealtyHub catalogue or property data with an existing WordPress site. Depending on the configuration, an implementation may use live or current information or a snapshot-based approach rather than one universal update model.

Go beyond self-service when the project requires it

Not every web requirement can or should be solved with a profile, storefront, landing page or catalogue widget. Some clients need a larger owned presence, custom implementation or a marketplace-oriented experience.

For those cases, the work can move from self-service capabilities into team-delivered services.

Real Estate Website Service

When the requirement is a substantial real estate website with MLS integration, the MLS RealtyHub team can deliver the project according to an agreed scope.

This is materially different from creating a targeted Landing Page. One is a custom service involving development and integration work; the other is a self-service presentation capability for a narrower marketing need.

White-label Marketplace Service

Clients that need a branded marketplace experience can use a custom marketplace-oriented service rather than relying on a standard hosted presentation surface.

Its scope is narrower than full White-label & Franchise Deployment. Organisational hierarchy, broader operational deployment and franchise infrastructure are not included automatically and belong to a separate area of MLS RealtyHub.

Match the source information to the output

Different surfaces can draw on different parts of the business data maintained in MLS RealtyHub. Depending on the selected capability, supported source information can include:

  1. professional or user profile information;
  2. company information and applicable staff context;
  3. maintained Listings;
  4. portfolio or catalogue data;
  5. supported branding and content choices;
  6. selected marketing or distribution destinations;
  7. website-surface settings;
  8. applicable subscription or service access.

Reusing information does not collapse those entities into one record. A professional profile, Company Storefront, Catalogue and Listing retain different roles even when one output links to or presents context from another.

Keep the division of responsibility clear

Agents and Developers remain responsible for the business decisions around presentation. They maintain the relevant source information, choose the appropriate surface or process, configure supported options and decide where or how the available output should be used.

Depending on that choice, MLS RealtyHub can perform different supported actions:

  1. reuse source data in applicable hosted surfaces and integrations;
  2. distribute Listing information through supported syndication processes;
  3. record available engagement events where tracking is enabled;
  4. connect supported catalogue or property data with an applicable website implementation.

Custom website and marketplace projects follow a different delivery model because substantial implementation work is performed by the MLS RealtyHub team according to the agreed project scope.

Follow one property from source to campaign

Imagine an Agent preparing a new campaign for a Listing that is already maintained in MLS RealtyHub. The property record exists, so the next decision is not how to create it again. The question is which marketing output is appropriate.

A focused campaign may call for a dedicated Landing Page. A broader distribution need may call for Listing Syndication to supported external destinations. Where the selected surface supports engagement tracking, the Agent may also see views, page opens or button clicks before continuing into the appropriate communication or CRM process.

CRM mechanics remain separate. At this point, the role of Marketing & Digital Presence is to move the maintained Listing into the selected marketing context and expose the engagement signals available on that surface.

Apply the same logic to company-level presence

Developers often start from a broader business need. Instead of presenting one Agent or one Listing, they may need to show the company, relevant staff and a larger portfolio across several digital contexts.

A hosted Storefront can cover company presentation. Existing websites can use supported catalogue connectivity. Individual properties can move into targeted pages or supported distribution. Larger digital projects can move into custom website or marketplace delivery.

The capabilities do not need to be used as one fixed sequence. A Developer can choose the combination that matches the current business requirement while keeping the underlying company, portfolio and Listing information in its appropriate source context.

Understand what each route produces

The output depends on the capability selected for the job.

  1. A professional-profile route produces a hosted presentation of the individual professional with applicable portfolio access.
  2. A company-presence route produces an MLS-hosted presentation of the organisation, staff and relevant portfolio context.
  3. A Landing Page produces a focused presentation surface for a supported marketing context.
  4. Syndication produces organised distribution of Listing information to supported destinations.
  5. Engagement Tracking provides interaction events where the chosen surface supports them.
  6. Website connectivity allows supported catalogue or property data to appear within an existing web presence.
  7. Custom services produce a website or marketplace experience according to the agreed project scope.

These outputs may use related source data, but they are not one universal publishing mechanism.

Use the right route instead of forcing one tool to do everything

The breadth of the area matters because different digital problems require different levels of control. A professional who needs a shareable public identity does not necessarily need a custom website. A business with an established site does not need to replace it simply to connect property data. A campaign page should not be treated like a full marketplace project.

MLS RealtyHub separates those needs so the user can choose an appropriate route:

For a focused presentation need

A hosted Profile, Storefront or targeted Landing Page can cover a defined public-facing use case without expanding the project unnecessarily.

For distribution or website connectivity

Supported syndication and catalogue connectivity extend maintained property information into external destinations or an existing owned site, with behaviour determined by the relevant implementation.

For a larger custom digital project

Team-delivered website and marketplace services cover requirements that go beyond the available self-service surfaces.

Know where the scope ends

This area starts when maintained professional, company or property information needs to become part of a supported digital presentation or marketing output. It does not replace the product areas responsible for creating and managing the underlying entities.

The boundaries include:

  1. Listing creation, editing and lifecycle management remain separate;
  2. Catalogue creation mechanics remain separate even when Catalogue data supports a presentation;
  3. CRM and follow-up mechanics remain outside engagement tracking;
  4. API architecture, feed formats and technical integration mechanics belong to the integration layer;
  5. marketplace-only white-label work does not include full franchise deployment by default;
  6. supported publication does not mean publication to every external destination;
  7. supported connectivity does not imply universal real-time synchronisation.

Keeping those boundaries visible prevents one capability from being presented as a solution for work that belongs elsewhere in MLS RealtyHub.

Reduce repeated recreation while keeping context intact

The operational value comes from using maintained information in more than one supported context without treating every destination as identical. A professional identity can support a public profile. Company information can support an organisational presence. Listing data can support a campaign page, syndication or an existing website connection.

That reuse can reduce the need to rebuild the same business information for every new surface. It also gives Agents and Developers a clearer model for deciding which source supports which output, while destination-specific behaviour, update rules and custom-service scope remain explicit.

Build the digital presence that fits the job

Use MLS RealtyHub to connect maintained professional, company and Listing information with the supported presentation, marketing and web routes that match the business need.
