Bring selected MLS RealtyHub workflows closer to the property, meeting or client conversation. Mobile & Field Tools supports focused web, PWA and mini-app experiences for capturing information in the field and presenting property inventory through supported mobile channels.
The module extends core MLS RealtyHub work to mobile devices where the workflow benefits from being used away from a desk. It does not reproduce every desktop capability on a smaller screen. Instead, it connects specific field and presentation tasks with the professional’s MLS RealtyHub account, using an online connection.
A Mobile Working Area Built Around the Task
Real-estate professionals do not collect every useful detail while sitting at a computer. Property visits, inspections, meetings and client conversations happen in places where opening a laptop may be inconvenient. A mobile workflow is valuable when it lets the professional act at that moment, with the property and the relevant information in front of them.
Mobile & Field Tools is the MLS RealtyHub product area for those selected tasks. Its purpose is not to create a separate platform or a second inventory. It gives supported workflows a mobile web, Progressive Web App (PWA) or mini-app format, while the resulting work remains connected to the user’s MLS RealtyHub account.
Where Field Work Commonly Breaks Continuity
When information is first recorded in notes, a phone gallery or a voice memo and only later entered into the main working environment, the process gains an extra handover. The professional has to remember which material belongs to which property, return to the task and enter the same facts again. Mobile capture can shorten that path when the supported fields and media are submitted directly from the visit. The module addresses several related working situations:
- capturing supported property details while inspecting a property;
- taking photos as part of the same field workflow;
- using voice input when typing is impractical;
- including location as a supported field input;
- sending captured information into the user’s MLS RealtyHub account;
- presenting selected property inventory through a supported Telegram web-app experience.
These situations belong to two capability families: field capture and mobile distribution or presentation. Both bring work closer to the moment in which it is needed, but they solve different problems and should not be treated as a single linear process.
Who Uses Mobile & Field Tools
The primary user is an agent or another B2B real-estate professional whose work includes property visits, meetings or mobile presentation tasks. The module is most relevant when a professional needs to collect information at a property or make inventory available in a mobile environment without treating a laptop as the starting point for every supported action.
Different roles may encounter the output later in the wider MLS RealtyHub workflow, but not every team or role uses identical mobile capabilities. The complete desktop environment is not available through every mobile experience. Each mobile format follows the task it is designed to support.
Mobile Web, PWA and Mini-App Experiences
Mobile & Field Tools is based mainly on mobile web, PWA and mini-app formats. A PWA is a web-based experience designed to support app-like use through a compatible browser or device environment. A mini-app provides a focused experience within or alongside another supported platform, such as Telegram in the Telegram Marketplace Web App use case.
This approach allows different mobile situations to have interfaces suited to their purpose. Field data capture and Telegram-based inventory presentation do not need to look or behave as though they were the same product. Their common connection is the professional workflow around MLS RealtyHub, not a promise that one mobile interface contains the entire platform.
Online Access Is Part of the Workflow
Supported mobile experiences require a working online connection. Offline capture, offline editing, caching for later submission and background synchronisation after reconnection are not supported capabilities of this module.
That boundary matters in practical planning. A professional preparing for a property visit should treat connectivity as a condition of using Listings On-the-Go, rather than assuming that information entered without a connection will be stored locally and transferred later.
Listings On-the-Go: Capture Information at the Property
Listings On-the-Go is the main field-capture workflow within Mobile & Field Tools. It is designed for the point at which the professional is visiting or inspecting a property and can record supported information close to its source. Instead of creating a separate set of notes for later re-entry, the user can capture structured fields and media through the mobile/PWA experience and send them into the MLS RealtyHub account.
The workflow extends the beginning of listing work into the field. It does not replace the full Listing and Inventory process, and it does not establish that a listing is validated, complete or ready for publication merely because field information has been submitted.
A Property-Visit Scenario
Consider an agent arriving at a property to collect the material needed for subsequent listing work. While moving through the property, the agent opens the supported Listings On-the-Go experience on a mobile device. The property itself provides the immediate context: the user can inspect a feature, record a structured detail, take the relevant photo and add another supported input without creating an unrelated temporary record elsewhere. The sequence is focused:
- The professional visits or inspects the property with an online connection.
- The user opens the supported mobile/PWA field experience.
- The user captures the relevant structured fields, photos, voice input or location.
- The supported information is sent into the user’s MLS RealtyHub account.
- The user continues the normal Listing workflow in MLS RealtyHub.
The final step is a handover, not an automatic declaration that every listing requirement has been met. Review, completion, validation, inventory management and publication belong to the core Listing and Inventory workflow rather than to the field-capture module itself.
What Can Be Captured in the Field
Listings On-the-Go supports four types of input. Each serves a different part of the property-visit task, and the user remains responsible for choosing and providing the information relevant to the listing being prepared.
- Structured fields: property information entered into the fields supported by the mobile workflow.
- Photos: visual material captured during the visit and submitted through the field experience.
- Voice input: spoken input used when it is more practical than typing during the inspection.
- Location: location information included as a supported input in the field workflow.
This defined set does not mean that every listing field, file type or device capability is supported. Browser requirements, device compatibility, upload limits and processing behaviour vary according to the applicable setup.
A Clear Boundary for Contact Information
Property-owner contact details are not collected through Listings On-the-Go. Those details remain the professional’s own business information handled outside this tool’s field-capture process.
This boundary applies specifically to Listings On-the-Go and does not describe how contact information is handled elsewhere in MLS RealtyHub.
From the Visit to the MLS RealtyHub Account
The useful outcome of field capture is supported property information placed into the professional’s MLS RealtyHub account for continuation in the core Listing workflow. The module reduces an avoidable re-entry step when information that would otherwise sit temporarily in separate notes, photos or voice recordings can be submitted through the supported experience at the visit. The responsibilities remain distinct:
- the user chooses the property information and media to capture;
- the user enters or records those inputs during the visit;
- the mobile/PWA interface accepts the supported inputs while online;
- the system transfers the supported field information into the user’s MLS RealtyHub account;
- the user continues the listing work in the appropriate core workflow.
This distinction keeps the value practical. The module supports the transfer of user-provided inputs; it does not independently verify everything observed at the property, fill every required listing field or complete the remaining listing lifecycle without professional review.
Telegram Marketplace Web App for B2B Inventory Presentation
The Telegram Marketplace Web App is the second product within Mobile & Field Tools. It is a B2B solution for MLS RealtyHub users who want to make property inventory available through a Telegram web-app experience. Its business purpose is different from field capture: it provides a mobile distribution and presentation option rather than collecting property information during a visit.
For a professional who would otherwise post property advertisements manually in Telegram groups or maintain a separate Telegram channel for inventory presentation, the web app provides a supported way to present property inventory in the Telegram environment. This is an MLS RealtyHub professional use case; it is not the separate consumer-facing Telegram Property Bot.
What Is Confirmed—and What Is Not
The input is property inventory made available by the MLS RealtyHub user according to the tool’s supported rules. The output is a Telegram web-app experience for presenting or distributing property inventory to the user’s intended audience. The applicable implementation determines several operational details:
- the authentication and access model;
- the rules for selecting which listings or inventory can be exposed;
- the publication or configuration sequence;
- how current the Telegram presentation is relative to the source listing;
- the update mechanism between the source inventory and the web app.
These mechanics vary by setup, so the module does not promise automatic updates, a universal audience-control model or a single sign-in journey. They shape how the tool is configured without changing its B2B purpose within the module.
Two Capability Families, Two Different Outcomes
Field Capture begins with a professional at a property. The user supplies structured information and media, and the supported output moves into the MLS RealtyHub account so listing work can continue. The value comes from reducing the gap between observing the property and recording supported information in the professional environment.
Mobile Distribution and Presentation begins with property inventory that the MLS RealtyHub user wants to make available through a supported channel. In the Telegram Marketplace Web App case, the output is a Telegram web-app property experience. The value comes from providing a B2B inventory presentation option inside Telegram, without treating it as generic portal syndication or as a field-data collection workflow.
Why the Module Keeps These Capabilities Together
Both capability families extend selected professional work into mobile contexts. One supports the moment when information enters the workflow; the other supports a mobile environment in which inventory is presented. Keeping them in one permanent product area creates a clear home for mobile, PWA and mini-app workflows while allowing each child product to retain its own purpose and boundaries.
The current set is deliberately specific. Additional B2B mobile capabilities can be added to this product area as they become available.
What the User Controls and What the System Provides
The professional initiates the supported task. In Listings On-the-Go, the user decides when to open the field experience and which supported property details, photos, voice input and location information to provide. After submission, the professional continues the listing process in MLS RealtyHub. In the Telegram use case, the user chooses to use the Marketplace Web App for supported inventory presentation under the tool’s applicable rules.
MLS RealtyHub provides the supported mobile/PWA or mini-app interface, transfers supported field-captured information into the user’s account and presents supported property inventory through the configured Telegram web-app workflow. This division keeps professional decisions with the user and does not treat every downstream action as automatic.
How Mobile & Field Tools Connects to Other Product Areas
Mobile & Field Tools passes work to or draws on neighbouring MLS RealtyHub processes, but it does not replace them. The clearest connection is with Listing and Inventory Management: Listings On-the-Go captures supported information in the field, while the core module carries the listing through its broader working lifecycle. The boundaries are important:
- Listing and Inventory Management (MOD-01): owns the fuller listing creation, editing, review, validation, inventory and publication process.
- CRM and client work (MOD-06): does not gain complete mobile parity through this module.
- Marketing and Digital Presence (MOD-08): covers broader publication and digital-presence processes; the Telegram web app is not generic syndication.
- Telegram Marketplace Web App: is the B2B Telegram experience in this module.
- Telegram Property Bot: is a B2C product and is outside the B2B /features/ programme.
These handovers help a team understand where field or mobile presentation work starts and where the next professional process continues. They also prevent a focused mobile capability from being presented as a replacement for inventory management, CRM or marketing operations.
Scope and Practical Limitations
Mobile & Field Tools supports selected MLS RealtyHub workflows on mobile devices. It does not provide full feature parity between mobile and desktop environments. Each experience is defined by its business purpose. When planning use of the module, keep these conditions in view:
- a working online connection is required;
- offline capture, editing and later background synchronisation are not supported;
- Listings On-the-Go does not collect property-owner contact details;
- field submission does not replace later listing review or the full inventory lifecycle;
- device-level security, browser compatibility and upload limits depend on the applicable setup;
- Telegram authentication, selection, publication and update mechanics depend on the applicable implementation;
- WhatsApp mini-app workflow availability depends on the current product setup;
- the consumer Telegram Property Bot is not part of this B2B module.
Clear limits make the value easier to understand: use the mobile experience for the task it supports, then continue the work in the relevant MLS RealtyHub process.
