Present your professional identity, contact details and current property portfolio through one public page. The Professional Agent Profile in MLS RealtyHub gives clients and partners a clear place to see who you are, review the offers connected to your work and contact you directly.

Your Professional Presence Should Not Depend on Repeated Assembly

An agent often shares the same information in several pieces: a short biography in one channel, contact details in another and property links in a separate message. As the portfolio changes, those pieces begin to disagree. An old link remains in an email signature. A saved PDF shows offers that no longer reflect the working portfolio. The agent has to rebuild the same introduction before every new conversation.

The Professional Agent Profile replaces that repeated assembly with one shareable professional page. It connects the agent’s identity and contact information with the portfolio available through MLS RealtyHub. The result is practical: the recipient can understand who the agent is, see current offers and choose the next action without searching across several files or messages.

A Public Profile Built from Professional Work

The tool has two connected contexts. Inside MLS RealtyHub, platform users can open an agent’s professional profile and review the portfolio associated with that user. Outside the platform, the public member page works as a professional business card that can be opened from a shared link.

The page is useful for agents who need to introduce themselves and their work in one place. It also supports professionals representing developer inventory because the profile can provide portfolio context alongside personal contact details. It does not replace a company storefront or a standalone company website. Its job is narrower: present one professional and the available portfolio connected to that professional.

When the Profile Becomes Useful

The profile is most valuable at the moment when a new person needs enough context to decide whether to continue the conversation. That moment can happen before a call, after a property viewing or during an in-person introduction.

Common uses include:

  1. adding the public profile to an email signature;
  2. sharing it in a direct message or social media profile;
  3. sending it to a client who wants to review the agent’s current offers;
  4. giving a new partner one link for professional details and portfolio context;
  5. opening the same profile from an NFC business card when that option is included in the user’s package.

What You Need Before Sharing

The public page depends on the information and portfolio maintained in MLS RealtyHub. Before sharing it, review the professional information, contact details, company context and listings or projects shown through your profile.

The profile does not create a professional history or property portfolio by itself. It presents information already connected to your work in MLS RealtyHub. Keeping that information current makes the public page more useful. Incomplete or outdated details limit what the recipient can see.

From Profile Setup to the Next Conversation

The interaction follows a simple loop:

  1. The agent maintains professional information and portfolio records in MLS RealtyHub.
  2. The agent reviews how that information appears in the internal professional profile and on the public member page.
  3. The agent shares the public link through the channel appropriate to the conversation.
  4. The recipient opens one page to review the professional details, current portfolio context and direct contact options.
  5. The recipient can contact the agent, download the agent’s contact as a vCard or install the page as a web app.
  6. The agent continues the conversation using the recipient’s chosen contact route.

MLS RealtyHub presents the profile and portfolio information on the public page. When that information changes in MLS RealtyHub, the public page reflects the current working information without requiring the agent to rebuild the page as a new file. The agent remains responsible for keeping the information current and deciding where to share the link. The agent also decides who receives it and continues the conversation with anyone who responds.

One Page, Three Ways to Keep It Close

The public link is the main output. It can be placed where agents already introduce themselves: an email signature, a social profile, a message or another digital touchpoint. Unlike a collection of separate attachments, the link gives the recipient one repeatable route back to the agent’s professional page.

Save the Contact as a vCard

The public profile supports contact export as a vCard. After opening the page, a client or partner can save the professional’s contact details to a phone or computer. This turns a brief introduction into a contact that remains easy to find later.

Install the Page as a Web App

The public member page can also be installed as a web app. This gives the recipient a direct way to reopen the page from a device without searching through an old conversation or email. It is the same public professional page presented through a more convenient access point, not a separate full mobile application.

Open the Profile with an NFC Business Card

For eligible packages, an NFC business card can be linked to the public profile. During an in-person meeting, the recipient taps a compatible phone to the card and opens the agent’s page. NFC business card availability depends on the user’s package.

A Typical Agent Workflow

Consider an agent preparing for a first meeting with a prospective client. Without a professional profile, the agent may send a biography, type contact details into the message and add several property links. The client receives the information, but the introduction is fragmented and becomes harder to reuse when the portfolio changes.

With the Professional Agent Profile, the agent shares the public member page before the meeting. The client can review the agent’s professional context and available portfolio, then save the contact as a vCard. After the meeting, the same page remains a stable route back to the agent. The next step is still a human one: the client contacts the agent to ask about an offer, request details or continue the discussion.

An Alternative for In-Person Networking

At an industry event, the agent may not want to dictate a phone number or send a long message while the conversation is happening. If the NFC option is included in the agent’s package, the agent can use the linked business card to open the public profile on the other person’s phone. The recipient sees the same professional page and can save the contact immediately.

The access method changes, but the underlying workflow does not. The professional information and portfolio still come from MLS RealtyHub, while the agent chooses when to share the profile and continues the relationship directly.

Where the Tool Fits in MLS RealtyHub

Professional Agent Profile belongs to the Marketing and Digital Presence module. That module connects working information in MLS RealtyHub with public and client-facing surfaces such as profiles, landing pages, company storefronts, websites, catalogue widgets and supported publishing channels.

The profile handles the individual presentation layer. A company storefront represents the company, its team and available company inventory. A landing page focuses on a specific listing, project, catalogue or profile. The Professional Agent Profile remains the agent’s reusable professional reference, while those other surfaces serve their own purposes.

What the Profile Does Not Promise

The tool has clear boundaries:

  1. It does not publish information to every property portal.
  2. It does not replace the agent’s responsibility to maintain accurate professional and portfolio records.
  3. It does not offer an unrestricted list of profile fields or display settings.
  4. It does not guarantee that a recipient will make contact, request a viewing or complete a transaction.
  5. It does not turn the public page into a company storefront, CRM record or standalone website.
  6. It does not make the NFC business card available in every package.

RealtyHub.cy and Realty.com.cy are separate B2C marketplaces. The Professional Agent Profile is a capability of the B2B platform MLS RealtyHub. Sharing a public profile does not automatically publish its information to those marketplaces or synchronise it with every external channel.
