Real Estate Calendar

Keep meetings, property viewings, tasks and important dates visible in MLS RealtyHub, so agents and developer sales professionals can track their next scheduled action.

Real Estate Calendar interface preview

Keep meetings, property viewings, tasks and important dates visible in one working calendar, so the next action does not depend on memory or a separate note.

The problem starts before a meeting is missed

A new enquiry arrives. The client’s comment stays in one channel, the property details sit somewhere else and the next action exists only in the agent’s head. Nothing looks broken yet. The risk appears later, when several leads require attention and the agent has to reconstruct what should happen next.

The Real Estate Calendar in MLS RealtyHub gives that next action a visible place in the working day. It keeps meetings, viewings, tasks and important dates in the internal Calendar screen. The calendar can become part of the broader CRM process around enquiries, leads and follow-up work.

One tool with one practical job

The calendar’s job is simple: turn a future commitment into a visible work item. The user opens the tool, records the activity that needs attention and sees it alongside other scheduled work. It provides a clearer view of what needs to happen and when, while professional decisions remain with the user.

The calendar covers four types of work:

  1. meetings with clients, colleagues or professional contacts;
  2. property viewings;
  3. tasks that need to be completed;
  4. important dates that should remain visible.

Who uses the Real Estate Calendar

The primary user is a real estate agent managing several active conversations and property-related actions at once. The calendar becomes useful as soon as an enquiry or lead requires a dated next step: arrange a viewing, prepare for a meeting, complete a task or remember a significant date.

Developer sales professionals can use the same working logic for their own appointments, tasks and key dates. The purpose remains the same for both roles: make the upcoming action visible. Teams can use the calendar within their own sales processes; MLS RealtyHub does not impose a single mandatory pipeline.

What goes in and what comes out

The user records a work item: a meeting, a viewing, a task or an important date. That item then appears in the Calendar screen alongside other scheduled work.

This gives the user a practical reference for the day and a visible next action within the wider CRM workflow. The calendar does not qualify the lead, forecast conversion or decide what the user should do.

From intention to scheduled action

A future action moves into the calendar through a short sequence:

  1. A professional situation creates a need for a future action, such as a buyer agreeing to view a property.
  2. The user opens the Calendar in MLS RealtyHub.
  3. The user records the relevant meeting, viewing, task or important date.
  4. MLS RealtyHub displays the item in the internal calendar alongside other scheduled work.
  5. The user consults the calendar, completes the activity and continues the appropriate follow-up in the CRM process.

What the user controls

The user decides which activity to record and when it belongs in the working schedule. That decision matters. A calendar can make a commitment visible, but it cannot determine whether a lead is qualified, which property should be recommended or how a conversation should continue.

What MLS RealtyHub processes

MLS RealtyHub stores the recorded item and presents it in the Calendar screen. External booking links and two-way calendar synchronisation are separate planned capabilities, rather than functions of the live internal calendar.

A viewing moves from conversation to calendar

Consider an agent working with a buyer who has selected a property to see. The buyer agrees to a viewing. If the arrangement stays inside the chat and the follow-up task stays in a notebook, the agent must remember how those pieces connect while managing other active conversations.

The agent records the viewing in the Real Estate Calendar and sees it beside the rest of the day’s work. The viewing now has a place in the schedule rather than remaining an informal intention. Afterward, the agent can return to the relevant CRM workflow and decide the next step based on the client’s response.

A shorter scenario for a developer sales team

A developer sales professional may need to keep an important project-related meeting and a preparation task visible on the same working day. Recording both in the internal calendar helps the user see the commitment and the work around it.

The same principle applies as in the agent’s viewing: the calendar keeps dated work visible so the professional can act on it at the right time.

The calendar’s place inside CRM and Lead Management

Real Estate Calendar belongs to the CRM and Lead Management module in MLS RealtyHub. That wider area covers the path from an incoming enquiry to lead information, comments, tasks, meetings, a configurable Kanban pipeline and reporting. The calendar serves one specific part of that path: keeping dated actions visible.

It supports the moment when a professional decision becomes a scheduled action. Lead records, the pipeline and reporting have their own roles in the wider CRM process, while the user remains responsible for deciding what happens next.

What becomes easier to manage

When work is recorded in the calendar, the user has a visible schedule to consult instead of relying only on memory, chat history or separate notes.

This supports three practical outcomes:

  1. a viewing or meeting has a defined place in the day;
  2. tasks and important dates can be reviewed with other scheduled work;
  3. the next action remains visible within MLS RealtyHub.

What is available now and what remains planned

The internal Real Estate Calendar is available in MLS RealtyHub for meetings, viewings, tasks and important dates. Users can see these activities in the Calendar screen.

External calendar synchronisation and appointment booking are separate planned capabilities. The internal calendar does not currently provide two-way updates with external calendars or automatically create an event from an external booking link.
