Stripe Billing Integration

Agents and developers can manage their MLS RealtyHub subscription, payments, invoices, receipts and renewal through a connected Stripe billing account.

Keep subscription management separate from daily property work, but close enough to handle it when needed. MLS RealtyHub connects its Billing area with Stripe so agents and developers can review their subscription, manage payments, access billing documents and control renewal from a dedicated account workflow.

Growth Makes Billing Harder to Ignore

For an individual agent, a subscription may be one more recurring expense to check occasionally. As a company grows, the same task becomes an operating responsibility. Someone needs to know which subscription is active, where the invoices are, whether the payment information is current and what will happen at the next renewal. When those details are scattered across emails and personal records, a simple billing question can interrupt the whole team.

The Stripe Billing Integration gives MLS RealtyHub users a defined place to handle that work. It does not turn the platform into an accounting system. It creates a direct billing route for the subscription used to access the professional workspace.

One Billing Route Across Two Systems

The workflow connects two distinct systems. MLS RealtyHub is the B2B environment where agents and developers manage their professional work. Stripe is the external payment provider behind the Billing area. The integration is live and available through /user/billing.

Each MLS RealtyHub user has a Stripe billing account associated with their platform account. From this route, users can work with their subscription and payment records without treating billing as part of a property, lead or project workflow. Those business records remain separate from the subscription payment process.

What the Connection Carries

The connection brings together the billing information and actions users need to manage an MLS RealtyHub subscription through Stripe:

  1. the user’s current subscription information;
  2. payment management for the selected package;
  3. invoices and payment receipts;
  4. VAT information where supported by the Stripe billing setup;
  5. the subscription renewal decision.

MLS RealtyHub provides the route from the user account to Billing, while Stripe provides the payment infrastructure and billing account. Together, they give users a dedicated workflow for subscription payments and records.

The Actions That Start the Workflow

Billing becomes relevant when a user selects a paid package, needs a payment document, wants to review subscription information or decides not to continue into another billing period. The user opens the Billing area and chooses the required action. Stripe then handles the supported payment or subscription operation within the connected billing environment.

A Stripe billing account is created automatically for each MLS RealtyHub user, so users can reach their subscription billing workflow from their platform account.

A Practical Check Before the Next Renewal

Consider an agency administrator reviewing recurring software access before the next billing period. The administrator is not trying to reconcile the company accounts inside MLS RealtyHub. The immediate goal is narrower: confirm the current subscription, retrieve the necessary payment records and decide whether renewal should continue.

The workflow is straightforward:

  1. Open Billing at /user/billing from the MLS RealtyHub account.
  2. Review the available subscription information.
  3. Manage the payment through the connected Stripe billing account.
  4. Access the relevant invoice and payment receipt.
  5. Review or manage VAT information where supported.
  6. If the package should not renew, stop automatic renewal for the end of the current period.

The Result of the Review

The result is a completed subscription task with the related billing records available through the same defined route. The administrator can then return to account management without mixing subscription payments with operational data about listings, projects, leads or property transactions.

The Same Control for an Individual Professional

An individual agent can use the same workflow without a company-level process. For example, the agent may open Billing only when an invoice is needed for records or when a different subscription plan is being considered. The core actions remain tied to that user’s MLS RealtyHub subscription and Stripe billing account.

MLS RealtyHub supports both individual and company use. The billing workflow serves either context, with access and package options determined by the user’s account and subscription.

What Is Automated and What Remains Your Decision

The connection provides a direct route between the MLS RealtyHub account and the Stripe billing environment. The Stripe billing account is created automatically, and the integrated flow supports payment and billing document management.

The user still makes the important decisions. Choosing a package, reviewing payment information, obtaining documents, changing a plan and stopping renewal are user-controlled actions. The integration does not make financial decisions for an agent, agency or developer company.

What You Need Before Opening Billing

The workflow depends on an MLS RealtyHub user account and the subscription connected to it. A paid package is relevant when payment or renewal management is required. Plans, prices, discounts and feature entitlements are available through the applicable subscription options.

Stripe remains the external provider for the payment infrastructure. Available payment methods and VAT handling depend on the billing setup and the user’s circumstances.

Clear Boundaries for Financial Work

Stripe Billing Integration manages access-related subscription payments; it is not an accounting, bookkeeping or enterprise resource planning system. It does not manage property purchase payments, reservation deposits, commissions, broker settlements or funds exchanged between parties to a real estate transaction. MLS RealtyHub remains a professional operating environment, not a payment intermediary or party to a deal.

VAT information in the billing flow is not tax advice or a guarantee that every VAT scenario is supported. Invoices and receipts document subscription billing, but they do not replace a company’s own accounting review or statutory reporting obligations.
