User Catalogue

Agents and developer-side specialists can present the properties published through their own MLS RealtyHub account in a structured catalogue, with branded or unbranded views.

User Catalogue interface preview

Turn the properties published through your MLS RealtyHub account into a structured professional catalogue. User Catalogue gives agents and developer-side specialists a clear way to present their own published portfolio without manually rebuilding the same collection for every new conversation.

Your Published Portfolio in One Catalogue

A professional may manage many active properties at the same time. When someone asks to see the complete portfolio, collecting listing links or recreating a presentation adds another manual task. It can also make it harder to show which properties belong to the individual user rather than the wider company.

User Catalogue brings the listings published by one MLS RealtyHub user into a dedicated catalogue. Its scope is defined by that user’s portfolio, making it suitable when the objective is to present the individual professional’s available properties rather than a hand-picked shortlist or company-wide inventory.

Who Uses User Catalogue

The tool is designed for MLS RealtyHub users who publish and present property inventory as part of their daily work. The primary user may be an agent managing personal listings or a developer-side professional responsible for a defined part of the company’s portfolio.

User Catalogue is useful when the professional needs to:

  1. Present the listings published through their own account
  2. Keep their individual portfolio separate from the company catalogue
  3. Choose between branded and unbranded presentation
  4. Reuse an existing portfolio instead of assembling a new manual collection
  5. Give a client, colleague or professional partner a structured view of their published properties

How the Catalogue Is Formed

The starting point is the user’s published inventory in MLS RealtyHub. The system gathers that portfolio into the User Catalogue, so the professional does not have to select every property individually simply to present everything published under their account.

The working sequence is straightforward:

  1. The user creates and maintains property listings in MLS RealtyHub.
  2. The relevant listings are published under the user’s account.
  3. MLS RealtyHub gathers the published portfolio in the User Catalogue.
  4. The user selects a branded or unbranded version for the required context.
  5. The catalogue becomes a structured presentation of the user’s portfolio.

What Must Be Prepared First

The catalogue depends on the underlying listings. Property details, prices, availability, photographs and other information must therefore be checked and maintained before the listings are published. User Catalogue organises the published portfolio but does not independently verify its contents.

Branded and Unbranded Presentation

User Catalogue is available in branded and unbranded variants. Both represent the same type of portfolio, but they support different presentation contexts.

  1. The branded version includes the supported professional branding attached to the catalogue presentation. It is appropriate when the user’s professional identity should remain part of the material.
  2. The unbranded version removes the supported branding layer. It can be used when the properties should be presented without that branding.

Choosing an unbranded version changes the presentation format. It does not transfer ownership of the source listings or give another person control over them.

A Typical Agent Workflow

An agent has several properties published through their MLS RealtyHub account. A new professional contact asks to review the agent’s portfolio before discussing possible cooperation. Building a separate shortlist would take additional work and could leave out relevant listings.

The agent opens the User Catalogue and chooses the branded version because professional identity matters in this conversation. The contact receives a structured view of the published portfolio, and the discussion can continue around particular properties. The catalogue remains a presentation of the existing listings rather than a new copy of the inventory.

What the User Controls

The user controls the source portfolio by deciding which listings are prepared and published through their account. The user also selects whether the catalogue should be presented in branded or unbranded form.

MLS RealtyHub organises the catalogue around that published portfolio. The platform does not decide which properties are suitable for a particular recipient or replace the professional judgment required before presenting an offer.

What the Catalogue Produces

The output is a catalogue view of the individual user’s published properties. It gives the portfolio a defined structure and separates it from company-wide inventory and collections created for other purposes.

The source listings remain the working records behind the catalogue. They must continue to be managed by users with the appropriate access and responsibility for their content.

User Catalogue Is Not a Manual Shortlist

Several catalogue types exist in MLS RealtyHub because they serve different tasks. Choosing the right one starts with the source of the properties and the reason for creating the catalogue.

  1. User Catalogue represents the published portfolio of one user.
  2. Company Catalogue combines the published portfolio associated with users connected to the company.
  3. Favorites Catalogue is a manually assembled collection of selected properties.
  4. Smart Property Catalogue uses criteria defined by the user to form and update a selection.
  5. Client Selection Catalogue is created for a particular lead and supports confirmed reactions such as like and dislike.

User Catalogue should therefore be used when the individual professional’s published portfolio is the subject. It is not a criteria-based search, personal favorites list or feedback workspace for a specific lead.

Where It Fits in Daily Work

User Catalogue belongs to the Catalogues and Buyer Collaboration area of MLS RealtyHub. This part of the platform turns existing listings into organised presentation outputs for different users, audiences and working situations.

For the individual professional, the catalogue creates a bridge between inventory management and presentation. A listing is prepared and published first. User Catalogue then provides a portfolio-level view, while more specialised catalogue types remain available for targeted selections and lead-specific work.

Practical Boundaries

User Catalogue has a defined purpose: presenting the published portfolio of one MLS RealtyHub user. It should not be treated as a company inventory, automated recommendation engine or client feedback tool.

The following boundaries apply:

  1. It does not combine the portfolios of all company users; that is the role of Company Catalogue.
  2. It does not create a manually curated shortlist; that task belongs to Favorites Catalogue.
  3. It does not build a selection from saved criteria; that is handled by Smart Property Catalogue.
  4. It does not add lead-specific like or dislike reactions; those belong to Client Selection Catalogue.
  5. It does not independently confirm that a price, status or property detail is correct.
  6. It does not give a catalogue recipient permission to edit the underlying listings.
  7. A branded or unbranded format does not change authorship or control of the source data.

These boundaries keep the catalogue focused and make it easier to select another MLS RealtyHub tool when the task changes.

Frequently asked questions

User Catalogue, explained.

Is User Catalogue the same as a professional profile?
No. User Catalogue is a dedicated catalogue type built around the user’s published property portfolio. A professional profile presents the person, while User Catalogue presents the relevant collection of properties associated with that user.
Can User Catalogue include the entire company portfolio?
No. User Catalogue is limited to the portfolio of an individual user. Company Catalogue is the appropriate option when the required output must combine published inventory from users associated with the company.
Can I manually choose only a few properties?
User Catalogue is intended to represent the user’s published portfolio. For a manually selected group of properties, Favorites Catalogue is the more suitable tool.
Does the catalogue collect client reactions?
Not as part of the User Catalogue workflow. Lead-specific reactions such as like and dislike belong to Client Selection Catalogue.
What is the difference between branded and unbranded versions?
The difference concerns the supported presentation branding. The catalogue type and the user portfolio it represents remain the same.
