White-label and Franchise Deployment

Plan a branded MLS RealtyHub environment for your business or franchise, with the deployment scope, responsibilities and implementation agreed for your operating model.

White-label and Franchise Deployment interface preview

Buying access to a platform is not the same as making it part of a branded real estate operation. An agency group or developer may need teams to work through an environment that reflects its own brand and operating model, not simply through a collection of individual accounts. White-label and Franchise Deployment is an MLS RealtyHub professional service for that situation. It is available on request, with the implementation defined around the partner's actual objective.

When a Standard Setup Is Not Enough

The need usually appears when the business model extends beyond one team using MLS RealtyHub in its standard form. A company may want to present an agreed part of the solution under its own brand. An organization building a franchise may need a broader MLS environment that supports work between multiple offices while allowing each participating business to retain its identity.

The problem is therefore not access alone. It is the gap between having software and establishing a working structure for brands, offices, people, data and processes. Closing that gap requires project work by the MLS RealtyHub team, along with clear decisions and inputs from the client.

Who Should Consider This Service

The primary user is a brokerage leader, agency owner or franchise operator planning a branded operating model. The service may also be relevant to a developer company that needs a dedicated branded environment rather than a standard account or public-facing page.

It is worth discussing when:

  1. the partner wants to offer an agreed part of MLS RealtyHub under its own brand;
  2. a franchise needs shared MLS infrastructure across offices in different locations;
  3. the required setup goes beyond a public company page, storefront or standard website;
  4. substantial configuration, development or implementation work is expected from the MLS RealtyHub team.

Two Deployment Paths, Two Different Objectives

White-label and franchise deployment are related, but they are not interchangeable. The right path depends on how much of the operating environment the partner needs and how participating companies are expected to work together.

White-label Deployment

A white-label deployment allows a partner to offer an agreed part of the solution under the partner's own brand. The word “agreed” matters: white-label availability does not mean that every part of MLS RealtyHub can be rebranded in every account. The exact surface, functions and implementation responsibilities are established during discovery and commercial scoping.

Franchise Deployment

A franchise deployment may cover a wider MLS solution and the infrastructure used across offices. It can support a model in which each agency owner or participating company keeps its own brand while working within a common franchise structure. The number of offices, locations, operating rules and included capabilities must be defined for the individual project.

What MLS RealtyHub Does for the Client

This is a service because the MLS RealtyHub team performs substantial project work. It is not an automated feature that a user activates from a settings screen. The engagement begins by clarifying the business objective and determining whether the request concerns a defined white-label layer or a broader franchise deployment.

Depending on the agreed scope, the work may include:

  1. discovery of the intended operating and distribution model;
  2. definition of the branded solution and its boundaries;
  3. configuration, development and implementation of the agreed environment;
  4. preparation of the relevant data and workflows;
  5. migration, integration, training or support where these services are expressly included;
  6. readiness review before the agreed deployment is put into use.

Scope Is Confirmed Before Delivery

These items are not a universal package. The final responsibilities and deliverables are recorded for the specific engagement before implementation begins.

What the Client Brings to the Project

A useful deployment starts with decisions, not decoration. The client needs to explain the intended business model, the role of each participating company or office, and whether the goal is a branded part of the solution or a wider franchise environment. Brand requirements, relevant working processes and the people authorized to approve the project also need to be identified.

The exact input list follows the approved scope. It may involve data, materials, access, workflow information and other dependencies required for the agreed implementation. The client remains responsible for providing those inputs, making timely decisions and confirming that the proposed setup reflects the intended way of working.

How the Engagement Moves Forward

The sequence is designed to turn a broad request such as “we need our own MLS” into a defined project with visible boundaries.

  1. Set the objective. The client explains the brand, organization and operating problem the deployment must address.
  2. Choose the deployment level. Both sides distinguish an agreed white-label layer from a full franchise and inter-office infrastructure request.
  3. Define the scope. Included work, responsibilities, prerequisites, commercial terms and expected deliverables are agreed.
  4. Prepare the inputs. The client supplies the data, materials, access and approvals required by that scope.
  5. Implement the agreed solution. The MLS RealtyHub team carries out the confirmed configuration, development and service work.
  6. Review readiness. The parties check the agreed result against the defined requirements before it becomes part of the client's working process.

The duration of these stages is not fixed in advance. It depends on the confirmed requirements and the work included in the commercial agreement.

A Franchise Scenario in Practice

Consider an agency group preparing to operate through several offices. Each office needs to preserve its own local brand, while the group wants shared MLS infrastructure behind the franchise. The group does not begin by selecting cosmetic settings. It begins by explaining how the offices are organized, what they need to share and which parts of the working environment should carry the franchise brand.

MLS RealtyHub then defines the requested deployment with the client. The MLS RealtyHub team performs the work included in the approved scope, while the client provides the required decisions, data, materials and access. The result is the branded implementation agreed for that organization—not a generic franchise template or an automatic copy of every MLS RealtyHub capability.

A Smaller White-label Request

For a developer that only needs a defined branded surface, a white-label engagement may be the more appropriate route. It does not automatically require the wider inter-office structure associated with a franchise deployment.

The Result Is an Agreed Working Environment

The deliverable is the implementation described in the project scope. That may be an agreed white-label part of the solution or a broader franchise environment built around the client's operating model. The result is judged against the requirements accepted for that engagement, not against an assumed list of custom features.

This approach keeps the promise precise. The client knows what it must provide, the MLS RealtyHub team knows what it must deliver, and both sides can separate essential deployment work from optional services or later requests.

Boundaries to Confirm Before Implementation

White-label and Franchise Deployment is available on request. It is not included automatically with every account, and it should not be treated as unlimited customization. Pricing, delivery dates, service levels and the extent of customization are agreed individually. No territorial exclusivity should be assumed without separate commercial confirmation.

Several related services and product surfaces must also remain separate:

  1. a Company Storefront or public professional profile is not a franchise deployment;
  2. a standard real estate website is not the same as a white-label MLS environment;
  3. White-label Marketplace concerns the marketplace surface, while White-label and Franchise Deployment may cover a broader MLS and inter-office structure;
  4. personal workspace customization is not white-label implementation;
  5. third-party integrations are scoped separately. WazzUp24 and Stripe are current named integrations, while other connections are considered according to the client's requirements.

Frequently asked questions

White-label and Franchise Deployment, explained.

Is White-label and Franchise Deployment available now?
It is available on request. MLS RealtyHub reviews the proposed model and defines the scope, responsibilities and commercial basis for the individual engagement.
Can every part of MLS RealtyHub be rebranded?
White-label deployment covers an agreed part of the solution. The exact surface and extent of branding are established during discovery and cannot be assumed before the project is scoped.
Is this the same as getting a company website or storefront?
No. A website, Company Storefront and white-label marketplace surface are separate offerings. Franchise deployment can address a broader MLS environment and infrastructure across offices.
Does the service include data migration and training?
Migration, training, data preparation and support are available forms of professional work, but they are included only when stated in the agreed scope. They are not automatic parts of every deployment.
Are integrations included in the deployment?
Only integrations included in the confirmed scope form part of the engagement. WazzUp24 and Stripe are current named integrations; requests involving other platforms are considered separately.
